Versión 8.3

You can now scan a QR code when searching the Equipment list. If the QR code stores the equipment name, the CxAlloy URL, or an attribute value, the list will be filtered to show just those matches.

Bug fixes:
- When creating a new issue from a preset, we added an edit button to the issue attribute line to make adding an issue attribute value quicker.
- When loading a very large list, the search bar now appears immediately.
