Description
DF Converter is a tool for putting pdf tenancy data into Excel so it can be easily manipulated. The app has been specifically created as a support for users of Dashflow for CRE who wish to import tenancy schedules.
Commercial real estate brochures are in pdf format and typically provide a tenancy schedule over one or more pdf pages. Instead of the time-consuming error-prone drudgery of copying and pasting data into Excel, DF Converter allows users to use a few taps to convert the schedule near-instantly into a single Excel file in xlsx format.
Conversion is good but not always perfect, so a check for small errors is required. More info in the User Guide that comes with the app.
