Contemporary Hit Music, KISR (93.7 FM) has been serving the Fort Smith and entire Arkansas River Valley area since 1971. In the market’s first Arbitron ratings, KISR had a 32 share compared to the next closest stations at the time with a 13 share. Today KISR continues to be a leader the market with live local weather, captivating big prize contests, all while providing the most music listeners love.
KISR currently transmits with 100,000 watts from an antenna 1,200 feet height above average terrain.
With studios and offices located in Fort Smith Arkansas, all KISR’s on air talent live and shop in the greater Fort Smith area as well.
