Pik Delivery was created especially so that you are always in control of your couriers. Using it is very easy!
Through the app send or request articles to be brought to you, and find out if you have articles awaiting your approval.
Application functions:
1. When you have an item available to receive, choose if you want it immediately or schedule the day, time and place that is most comfortable for you.
2. If you are going to Ship or Request an item, choose who will pay for the shipment.
3. If you are not sure of the PIK-up location or destination, request it through the app.
4. For added security, get a delivery code for each order.
5. Access your order history to have the details of your deliveries.
6. You can see your messages in real time.
7. At any time you can contact the courier.
