This really covers the basics from bowing up to 5 attack sparing. Everything a beginner would need, this is the 1st app in a series of 4 apps developed for you to take away and master Karate.

The instructor Now an 8th Dan, Gursharan has competed in a multitude of kata and kumite events, many at national and international level.
