WASH Butler 17+

With WASH Butler® you can pay without cash by using this App on every participating community washing centers of Pfeilstetter Gemeinschaftswaschanlagen GmbH.

Directly after a registration (free of charge) you only have to establish a test connection to the central cashier device via Bluetooth. Please do so by using the QR Scanning function of the app. As soon as the connection has been established successfully you are ready to pay and use the wash- and drying devices of Pfeilstetter Gemeinschaftswaschanlagen GmbH without using coins!

Core features:

With the App WASH Butler you are able to:

- charge balance effortlessly online via your Smartphone.
- scan the QR-Code on the central cashier device in order to connect (enable bluetooth and GPS in order to do so).
- after filling and making ready of a washing machine, simply select it within the app and pay it with your offline balance.
- report errors directly through the app (as soon as you are online again). 
- check your personal data and delete your whole account (if you wish to, but warning: Remaining balance will be lost and is not refundable).

MANUAL:

Please follow the following steps:

1) After an successful registration/login, please scan the QR-Code with the camera of your smartphone. The connection will establish. 

2) Charge the balance by tapping the coins icon on the left upper corner. You can only charge while being online, but once charged successfully, you can pay offline, but only 10 coins at a maximum until you go online again. If you have remaining online balance, your offline wallet will charge automatically.

3) Make the machine/s ready and close the door (depending on machine type and descriptions on site please also press start on the machine), maybe also scan again (if you took more time than a minute for steps 2 and 3). 

4) Pay machine (by selecting the machine number within the app with a single tap).

5) ALWAYS use the red button on the red bottom corner in order to close the app, please. 

Please note:

- Rescan the QR-code if the machine list disappeared (this happens automatically after about 60 seconds, in order to enable other users to connect to the machine if you incidentally forgot to close the app with the red button). 

- We support payment via PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, credit card and many more services! 
- At first usage of the app you have to give following permissions to the app please in order to be able to connect to the cashier device: Bluetooth, camera (for qr scanning).
