Way too many ads!

Thanks for sharing your concern. Regarding the ads I'll provide a few examples and hope that you'll understand why we have ads. The majority of free items (T.V, Radio, Apps) will have ads associated with them to pay for the cost of development. You can watch television shows and movies for free and you have commercial breaks. You can listen to the radio for free and after so many songs the ads break in for a short period. You can use Pandora for free and it's the same as the radio. Some games have no ads at all. For example, there is Candy Crush and Clash of Clans. The difference between Color Switch and them is that they are supported through in app purchases that range from .99 to 99.99. So many players buy those items that ads are not required in those games. We do offer the no ad version for a few dollars which lasts the lifetime of the game. Apps like Pandora charge you monthly for no ads.
We constantly try to improve the game but do feel based on all of our data that Color Switch provides a good balance between gameplay and ads. If you compare us to many of the Voodoo games you will notice a significant difference in the ads. I have seen them play after every step of their games where we currently have five gameplay attempts before an ad shows. Ads are what currently support our ability to pay to keep the game on the app stores as well as allowing us to continue to put out new content. No one likes ads but we hope that you understand why they are necessary in the game.
