Not satisfied at all and angry .
I have being trying to open an account for almost two weeks and now but i couldn’t and i canceled asking me for a bank account statement of
2017 ?! When i was 19 years old i replied i didn’t have a bank account the questions are asked only when i send a msg not while m waiting also they asked what was my activity in 2017 and i replied to that to but I can’t send any statement prove for that because I didn’t finish my studies to send a certificate it was so ridiculous two weeks waiting no messages until i send a message and kept asking me those questions and i reply and nothing so 1 start is even too much to rate it .
Worst service
They don’t respect the client, plus they have a garbage ai support you can’t even get what you want then suddenly my account closed and the system still showing in the other app that my account opening is pending, i talk with the ai garbage and he keep say account closed if account closed whay you keep my data? Why the opening account process is pending???
