Με το 1ο κομμωτήριο να ανοίγει το 2000 στην οδό Αρχιμήδους, ο Γιώργος Π. ξεκίνησε να υλοποιεί ένα όραμα. Να ασχολείται με αυτό που αγαπάει περισσότερο, να δουλεύει με φρέσκους ανθρώπους που θα έχουν ένα κοινό σκοπό και να περιποιείται τον κάθε πελάτη ξεχωριστά.
Τα κομμωτήρια GP έχουν πλέον πολλαπλασιαστεί - η φιλοσοφία όμως παραμένει μία.
