Have some issues with the game, it doesnt want to work anymore HELP

The game is great and all but at competition it doesn’t count well the airplanes and so on it’s frustrating

The game isn’t working anymore
I used to love it but it’s been months since I installed the update and now it stays stuck in the loading page. I would’ve deleted it if it was not all the progress that I’m afraid to lose.
