Problem
I love instagram, its the most used app for me, but i'm facing a problem these days, i have 2 accounts one of them is private which i created 5 years ago and the other one is for buisness, and i created it last year, both accounts was fine with all updates, but my private account lost all the new updates, like rather than ability to share reels or posts on stories easily i have to do like 5 steps to do that, my direct also lost the updates of genereal/primary msgs and kind of even though the app is upadtes and my other account is totally fine!!!! please help

Stories quality issue
Since many days I am struggling with the quality of the stories and reels after upload , Instagram is reducing the quality even tho I am using an iPhone 11 but it seems like it’s an old camera , I have reported many times this issue , and I tried many tips , until now I’m still facing the same issue .
