Tres nul comme application c’est des voleurs arnaque J’ai acheté un billet remboursé après quelques heures j’ai annulé prsk je me suis trompé sur la date après l’annulation j’ai rien reçu de remboursement je lui contacté et avec les preuves et le relevé bancaire et tout Après elle m’as dit faut voir avec la banque Pourtant je paiement a été reçu mais pas de remboursement de leurs côtés Tres déçu et je viens de désactiver l’application Mauvaise expérience ❌❌💔😢

Malheureusement votre avis ne nous permet pas de retrouver votre réservation afin de pouvoir vous donner une réponse précise. Avez-vous une référence de réservation Kombo afin que je puisse vous aider?
Je me permets en revanche de préciser que nous ne sommes aucunement une arnaque ou des voleurs, notre site permet depuis 7 ans à des milliers d'utilisateurs de voyager chaque jour. Si vous annulez vos billets et qu'ils sont remboursables, je précise que nous procédons bien au remboursement. Il est possible qu'il y ait eu une erreur technique, dans ce cas il faudrait que nous puissions vérifier votre réservation.
