The station is owned and operated by Public Radio for the Front Range and our programming is composed of a diverse group of volunteer DJs, whose genres are as distinctive as they are.

KRFC 88.9 FM Radio Fort Collins serves music and public affairs aficionados featuring an eclectic mix of in-person, broadcast and online programming. Not only do we feature a variety of musical genres—from rock to hip-hop, bluegrass to country, classical and so much more—our programming is a source of community-oriented information and cultural enrichment, as well. Focused on local, public affairs, we provide an information source for northern Colorado. Human interest stories, real-time news and public affairs programming provide a listening option to a world-wide audience.

Our facilities in the heart of The Music District in Fort Collins allows KRFC 88.9 FM Radio Fort Collins to host a wide variety of community events and produce hundreds of live performances—many of which are open to the public at no charge.
