Description
Application for blind or visually impaired. Activates sound beacons located on objects (like doorways, traffic lights, etc). Beacons emit sound to help user to navigate.
This is application for blind or visually impaired users. It activates sound beacon located on objects outside (like doorways, traffic lights, bus stops, etc). When activated, beacon emits sound (like buzzer or voice message) to help user to navigate.
This technology simplifies navigation for people with impaired vision or completely blind. The application uses Bluetooth LE protocol to activate beacons. The beacon is automatically activated when the phone with the running application is within the activation range (about 20-30 meters). The sound beacon(s) should be purchased separately.
