For example how to install a hardware unit, what tools to bring to site or what dimensions a unit has. For example questions ask the assistant "Help me" or "What questions can I ask?"
How to request Access
• Ericsson employees and consultants having signum starting with "E..."request access in My Support & Services (link to access request)
• Partner users having signum starting with "Z..." or "X..." need their Ericsson contact person to request access in My Support & Services (link to access request)
• Customer users request access on Extranet support page.
