Tell Touch is the only digital Consumer Directed Care (CDC) Feedback/Complaints system for aged care. It enables all levels of an organisation access to live data 24/7.
We’re Aged Care nurses with over 20 years of experience across over 100 homes. Wanting to give consumers a voice, dismayed by the time taken to deal with consumer issues, and concerned with the lack of transparency for executive management, we’ve come up with Tell Touch. Tell Touch combines the latest technology with in-depth knowledge of what’s really needed in Aged Care.

- Added instructions for enabling the microphone if access have previously been denied.
- Fix for disabling audio mode on mobiles.
- Added search fields at the top of organisation, and language lists.
- Hid the first nations languages if not supported by the organisation.
- Play a voice over of languages when you tap on a tab (in kiosk mode) if the selected language does not have a written translation (i.e. some of the first nations languages.).
