Very bad service always having problems with delivery latee

Very bad service

The chat customer service not helpful I am wondering why we should pass the order through Zomato if they don’t help for the request and the unprofessional thing is saying they are not able to join the restaurant!!!!! Very bad customer service I suggest people to order directly at least the restaurant they call you back to confirm the order or order via another application
