Gps doesn’t work

Sold me a gps that only works when the motorcycle is on. If the motorcycle is ever stolen and moved while off (which is possible. And there are cases of) I won’t ever get it back. I won’t only loose the motorcycle but also the gps and the 2 yrs already paid for. I asked specifically about a 24/7 tracking function and was told yes. I could see the location on the app any time I wanted. Which is untrue and only shows “last known location”. Even if u move the motorcycle while keeping it off it will never register the new location. As I did in front of the technician. I literally move the motorcycle while keeping it off. In front of the technician who then refused to believe me and said moving it several meters. More than 50. Is not enough to even make the gps budge. I have been told to take the motorcycle in varied times to have it looked it wasting my time. Not only social but also professional. The fifth time being told to take the motorcycle in for the technician specialist. So they could hook it up to the computer and see what’s wrong. Only get there and to be told that they didn’t have the computer and being called a liar for ever saying they said that. Even tho there is an audio massage where he specifically states now. Now they won’t return my money saying the gps is completing its function only showing the last location when the motorcycle was on. Which is not what we agreed on. Terrible terrible service
