Die App ist einer realistischen Produktionsstätte nachempfunden und zeigt anschaulich das Konzept der CleanFactory. Es illustriert, an welchen Stellen in Produktion, Montage und Logistik üblicherweise Schmutz über Schuhsohlen und Laufflächen von Flurförderzeugen in die Produktion eingetragen wird.
ProfilGate dient als Hygieneschleuse, um in Form eines Reinigungsfeldes, welches ohne Strom genutzt wird, Kreuzkontamination vorzubeugen.
Durch den Einsatz der verschiedenen ProfilGate® Modelle kann dieser Eintrag extrem verringert werden. Technische Sauberkeit wird somit einfach eine Frage der Methode.
