SMARTii Estate is an online solution for all HOA's and community housing. We keep it simple and easy to pay rent online, request maintenance support, vote online, Collections on due payment accounts or reserve common building/community amenities.

We offer following features:

- Make online payments in easy steps with various payment options (cards, bank transfer etc).

- Schedule monthly automatic payments to avoid any late fees.

- Let us help you with collections on due payment accounts with click of 1 button.

- Create maintenance requests and receive regular updates in notifications.

- Reserve community amenities such as the clubhouse, meeting rooms, and pool area on the community scheduler.

- Sign, complete and review your lease directly through the app.

- Interact and be part of your community through online voting.

- Create your guest list and manage their access to the community.

SMARTii Estate app has been created for communities/HOA's who want to be more efficient to manage their day to day community/HOA's tasks. We offer collections support as part of Axela Team. Some features may not be available at your community/HOA as options vary based on each community license.
