La cámara funcionaba bien, la dejé de usar y nuevamente retomé la conexión, al tratar de ingresar me sale dispositivo fuera de línea, o dispositivo desconectado y si está conectado a la corriente.

No se ve las grabaciones
Desde que la instalé todo muy bien pero últimamente no me permite ver las grabaciones, aplasto en un video y solo queda girando, tengo que descargar el video para poder ver y antes no era así.
Cámara inoperativa
Después de 4 días de funcionamiento la cámara amaneció con las luces leds encendidas y no podía enlazar con el dispositivo administrador, intente reiniciarla pero no se puede… La desconectó de la alimentación de energía y cuando la vuelvo a conectar sigue con las luces encendidas y sin funcionar… Viendo unos videos en youtube algunos comentarios decían q es por actualización del firmware, pero no se como hacerlo… Ayuda por favor…
