Very easy and clear steps to order. Also payments were clear and many options as apple pay and etc.

Started out great, now mess up every order.

EDIT: To specify, I had two successive orders that ended in disappointment and prompted me to write this review. I needed new workout shoes and found some I liked on this app. The first order was supposed to arrive in 3-4 working days, but was slightly delayed and took a week. When they arrived, they were not the size I ordered, which seemed to be down to the sizing table in the app being wrong (EU sizes did not actually correspond to manufacturer sizes). I sent these back, and found a really good offer for a different pair a few days later. The checkout for that order threw multiple errors at me, but after several tries, I was able to make the order. It then took the company 48h to realize they actually did not have the shoes in stock, so my order was just cancelled. By this time, I had waited two weeks for nothing, wasted many hours looking for the right pairs, fuel on picking them up, then sending them back etc. And I was then sent some bonus codes to “apologize”, although these actually did not do anything helpful for me, since items I wanted were already discounted and the additional discounts were not summed. Rest assured, I have deleted the app and have absolutely no intention of ever using this service again, when competitors and physical stores actually make it possible to get the stuff I want, when I want, without hickups.

Ridiculous customer service

Ridiculous customer service. I ordered clothes for a holiday, haven’t received them yet, even though now I have been waiting for my package for over 1 month and I have returned from the holiday already. Response from the company was that they are very sorry for delay but no one seems to know when the parcel will arrive.
On top of that they just cancelled some of the items I ordered and that were in stock when I ordered them. Just received a letter saying that sorry these items are not in stock ANY MORE - probably they sent them to another customer who didn’t have to wait for a month!
Never ordering again from AboutYou!!
