Description
This mobile version intended for the field technician allows him to manage his requests for intervention in agenda or list mode.
It can also manage appointments directly by moving them to the integrated calendar without losing sight of the contractual SLA.
Spare parts can be ordered, keep track of the used spare parts, see the availability of the parts in its stock, in that of other colleagues or in the depot.
It can also track the counters, visits made, solution codes and attach photos of the intervention document signed by the customer.
