Poor performance
Several updates that have been fulfilled recently are causing serious failures on user end. App starts with delay in time, it takes longer to load main screen or any other screen from the menu. Similar with the button to accept new order, you tap it but the system takes too long to respond. Also some bugs in the way the daily and weekly total is displayed. The balance is always less by 1 cent. But shouldn’t. It might be that that try to convert amount using different value types from Double to Float. Overall experience from using the app is unpleasant.
You are worth more than this.
Salary decreased twice and was randomly blocked without explanation twice while using this app over a period of 6 months.
While there is nothing shameful about the work, the company makes you feel like trash. Many other couriers are depressed and angry. Customer service responds like a bad version of chatgpt if at all.
