Please adapt the app map to rotate with phone compass, so couriers don’t need to rotate screen on the go it’s really uncomfortable and dangerous guys… besides this will shorten delivery time by ~5% :)

NEVER work for this company.I spent four years here — and those were the most wasted years of my life.Nothing good awaits you here. Remember: to the management, you are not a person — you are disposable material.They only care about your hands, your fuel, and your time.Back in 2020, when I joined, the company was just starting out in Estonia.The pay was at least somewhat decent.By 2025, the rate per delivery dropped to 2 euros.Think about it: you’re driving your own car.From those 2 euros — 25% goes to fuel, 22% to taxes, plus car wear and tear, which everyone conveniently ignores.In the end, you lose up to 65% of your income.Realistically, you’re left with 60–70 cents per delivery — if you’re lucky.Most couriers don’t even realize they’re working for nothing until someone does the math for them.Even if you complete 3–4 orders per hour —one for 2€, another for 2€, and the third, let’s say, for 4€.You’ll make around 8 euros an hour — before expenses.Subtract the same 60%, and you’re left with €3.20 net, if not less.You burn your fuel, destroy your car, waste your health and your time —while someone upstairs buys a new house and a new car off your back.Don’t go work there if you don’t want to be a slave.Don’t let them fool you with “flexible hours” and “earning opportunities.”This isn’t work — it’s exploitation.

Dear friends, I want to warn you: if you want to work for free and become a literal slave, then welcome to Bolt Food Estonia — the most disgraceful company in the world.1.No real earnings.The minimum courier/taxi driver fee is just €2 per order. Distances are long, and there are plenty of such orders. On average, you will make €6–8 per hour, and only in peak hours you might reach €10.2.Expenses eat everything.•Taxes: –24%•Fuel (for cars): –25%•Car depreciation: –15–20%•Food and daily costs: extra deduction.In the end, you are left with €2–3 per hour. Even the lowest-paid jobs in Estonia pay more.3.Cycling is even worse.Orders pay pennies, and Bolt Food gives you the heaviest possible loads. After 2 hours your back will collapse, and your net income will be €5–6 per shift.Bolt Food does not respect people. They don’t care about your nerves, health, or time. All they want is to squeeze you dry and pay as little as possible.I sincerely wish this company to go bankrupt as soon as possible. And I hope its managers finally learn: exploiting others for profit is shameful and disgusting.

Several updates that have been fulfilled recently are causing serious failures on user end. App starts with delay in time, it takes longer to load main screen or any other screen from the menu. Similar with the button to accept new order, you tap it but the system takes too long to respond. Also some bugs in the way the daily and weekly total is displayed. The balance is always less by 1 cent. But shouldn’t. It might be that that try to convert amount using different value types from Double to Float. Overall experience from using the app is unpleasant.
