Not bad, but could use improvements
Why is the tipping before the order delivery? I had made tips for the courier, and the food delivered was damaged/missing/wrong order.
Other times i made an order without tips and the delivery was smooth and i wished I could tip.
Overall good with room to grow
Overall experience has been good so far. Two things could be improved: would be great if users could favourite the restaurants, so would not need to search for the favourite one every time.
And tipping the courier is great, but makes no sense to do it at the beginning of ordering, as the couriers attitude and behaviour is very different, and the tip should be based on that - after getting the service and the food.
Why would anyone tip the waitress before getting the service and the food? Surprisingly odd.
Stolen money. Awful client experience
Someone got an access to my girlfriend’s account and ordered 2 times using our cards saved in application. These orders were not even in our country (Estonia), but Latvia!
Bolt doesn’t want to do anything. No refund, no promos… NOTHING. The told us they cannot do anything and we should contact our bank.
But this is not bank problem, this is your problem! You can give us at least promos with the same amount we lost because of your incompetence!
So everyone using bolt be prepared that if anything happens to you, bolt support will do nothing
