Way to develop
It is great, but it can’t replace your personal car. At least yet. In Lasnamae I always experience problem with reaching the car (it might take 20 minutes to reach, so it will be faster to use the buss to reach needed place)
I suggest to create subscription-based or some must-have car zones for areas like mine, as this service can’t be reliable for some people. Overall, citybee is great
Horrible customer service
The customer service workers do not communicate with each other and their word is never kept. Yesterday I recieved a call from citybee regarding “wreckless driving” as I was making too agressive turns. After the call I parked the car, but not soon after another employee came up to me in real life when the car was parked and said he doesnt care what I was told on the phone and my account will be blocked. In addition to all of this I will also apparently be recieving a fine. This is absurd. The second employee that came up to me couldnt find a single valid reason to block my account so he simply said “I don’t care” over and over again to every single argument I had. In addition I had to submit not just my driver’s license, but also residence permit and several other documents in order to even get accepted in the first place as they had an ongoing glitch. ABSURD.
The worst app
Horrible customer support and app. App didn’t work properly, they do not share enough important information with their customers, CS is very rude on the phone. They do not keep track of their money things and asked me to pay for something I already paid for.
App stopped working twice in 24h and when I contacted support I didn’t get any help nor felt
any urgency although my money was running. By the end of the last use my accont got randomly blocked and I still don’t know the reason. I don’t care though because I deleted my account and the app.
I am so upset with all of this and can not say anything positive.
Not to mention it’s ridiculously overpriced.
