Great app
Have been using this application for few years now. Haven’t encountered any issues with buying/selling so far, also transfers to/from bank account have been fast.
Only thing that I would like to bring out is that, when u sell your crypto - the price might slightly differ from the one, that is shown in the charts.
Great app, useless support
As long as you have access to your account, you have one of the best crypto apps at your disposal (at least among a couple of dozen I have used). But if you lose the access, either by your own fault or due to unfortunate circumstances – losing access to your registration email address, in this case, you’re done. You may be able to provide any kind of proofs, any kind of documents to prove your identity, and it will not get you closer to restoring access to your account. At least by the end of the first two months of communication with the support team…
Ridiculous fees
What they advertise seems good but the fee is ridiculous amount and they dont even show it in breakdowns. They show that fee is 0 euro but it is not. For a 1500 usd amount of crypto transaction you have to pay 100 usd around . First of all you have to pay around 50 usd to convert to their native coin and again around 50 usd to convert to the crypto you want to buy. In binance if this can be couple of usd. I was using this app for long time but after calculating this fees i discover i am loosing money rather than gain it and the app does not show anything about fees except when you add from credit card. This is purely frustrating. Will not recommend this platform
