Description
ExpenseMe Pro is the companion mobile application for Inlogik's Expense Management solutions.
Log in with your existing ExpenseMe Pro User ID and password to manage your expenses on the go.
*You must have an existing account with mobile access enabled to use this app.
Capture receipts at the point of sale, submit expenses on the go, and manage any approvals from your tablet or smartphone.
Features:
- View and verify card transactions or make a claim for reimbursement
- Create acquittals for Petty Cash/Cash Balance accounts
- Capture receipts by taking a photo through the app or upload from your device gallery
- SmartAttach allows auto-matching of receipts based on amount, or OCR to read information directly from the receipt
- Review and approve or query expenses
- Use authorities to code/approve on behalf of another user
- Review current account balances
- Monitor progress of your expense in the workflow before they are posted

Query Notes are now limited to 4000 characters in Approvals.
Expense Type selection page now includes the description of each listed expense type.
List of Top Ranking Expense Types now excludes expense types that are no longer valid for user.

Capture Receipt updated so that the Expense Type dropdown no include breakdown expense types.
Resolved issue on Expense Type selection page when user taps the icon next to the Expense Type text resulting in an error message that the Expense Type is not valid for mobile app.
Resolved issue when navigating to Receipt Wallet from Coding and then either add or remove receipt resulted in errors.
