Bad behavior of taxi driver
Review for Taxi Driver: Heiki Kõluvere (MultiTaxi)
I recently had a truly disappointing experience with one of your taxi drivers, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. The driver's behavior was utterly unprofessional and unacceptable.
First and foremost, the driver was using foul language and speaking rudely to customers for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior is completely inappropriate and creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere for passengers.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy during my ride. However, the taxi driver's conduct was far from it. Their inappropriate language and demeanor made the entire trip unpleasant and left me feeling disrespected and disappointed.
I urge your company to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future. Professionalism and customer service should be paramount in any service-oriented industry, including the taxi business.
In light of this negative experience, I am requesting a refund for my ride. I hope that this issue will be promptly resolved, and appropriate measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Pointless to use
Don’t see any point to use this application. Support experience is awful, drivers are aggressive and brakes the rules. Yes, it’s usually cheaper about 1-3 euros than another apps/taxis in Estonia, but is it worth it to use this application? Also waiting times are usually longer. I’d prefer to pay 3-4 euros more but will be sure that I’ll have much better experience.
