Great service
Never use this service!
I booked a night transfer to an airport. I tried to contact to the driver to confirm that everything is ok, but I could not reach him. I called to support line 3 times - they promised to call me back with decision but nobody contacted me back. 3 hours before the trip the driver just send me a message that he is not going to give me a lift. When I called the support again they just told me “oh, sorry we will credit the money to the wallet on our service”… nobody even tried to assist, find another car or solve this issue! And I want to get my money back to my bank account! It was first and last time I used this useless service! Never again!

Very bad experience
Booked an airport transfer a day before and the driver cancelled less than two hours before the trip. The app support failed to get me an alternative car on time. But they still debited my credit card and they are refusing to refund. Offering only a credit on the next rides but I do not wish to use this scam anymore.

Dear customer. We are very sorry that your first experience of using our service was negative. According to GetTransfer Service Agreement, unused money remains on your account for reuse. But this is a temporary condition. If you do not make new requests, we will return everything to your card.
