Ratings and Reviews
A lot of bad excperiences !
Few times that we have ordered food with this app and every single time something is wrong. Drivera cancel out of nowhere (after a long wait ) or they dont want to give you your change back. And last time had totally wrong delivery that shows that they do not care at all. They do not even check what they are ordering. And when i contacted Gojek then noone anwsered or wrote me back. Just an overall bad excperience with this app and people who work for it.
Horrible delivery app
Drivers are scammers, can’t order properly and they have no standards. They are completely in charge. As a customer, horrible app. You should be able to report driver when he cancels midorder or asks for retarded amount of money. Use GRAB instead. People are way more friendly and no scammers!!!
Registration doesn’t work
Simply fails by saying number is incorrect, when in fact it’s not.
