About syncing music! Due to Apple's privacy restrictions, we cannot get music from other apps. You can click "Help> sync Music Guide" in the application settings to see how to add music.
To import music to iPhone, you can use Windows or Mac. I only know how to use a Mac. You can visit the Internet to learn how to operate on Windows.
Device is nice but software is terrible

So basically under my devices i can see that there is my led light but it doesnt show me connected or disconnected mark, all it shows is that its loading but it never finishes loading and i need support right now!
