Action blocked
I don’t like to write bad review, but I can’t unfollow or follow people on Instagram, because it says action is blocked. I tried deleting Instagram, hashtags, story’s, posts and captions, but nothing hasn’t worked. It has been over four days and I don’t know what to do. Because Instagram is a big part of my business then it’s a big problem for me. Hopefully Instagram fixes this problem soon!
ZERO SUPPORT IN 2023. Disgraceful for Meta
I’ve been using insta for about 10 years and randomly my account became unusable (doesn’t load feed, shows my profile is empty and all settings don’t work and show up an error). I’ve tried on two iPhones, iMac, MacBook Air, Samsung fold 3 and everywhere is the same issue. When logging in via browser it just shows the insta logo and crashes the page. I’ve got high speed internet and other account work perfectly fine so it’s an account issue and not a technical issue.
After sending numerous amounts of messages to Instagram official support email - ZERO reply. Just ignoring.
After sending a few requests via help page - I’ve got a reply that it’s not their specific department problem so I should F off. I’ve politely asked two times to provide me with a contact where should I message - IGNORE.
For such a company that has so much influence in the world and is considered the most popular social media in the world - this support is just disgraceful and disrespectful to the users.
Problems
I seriously don’t want to say anything bad since I love Instagram but... For making social media my job it’s crucial to me to use as much hashtags as possible to get more views. For the last week every time I try to post a very carefully curated text with a lot of hashtags then a) it posts the photo but deletes all my text, b) When I write a new text with new hashtags which is obviously not that well and emotionally written anymore, it doesn’t save it at all. then I take off some hashtags, it saves but when I try to comment them under my photo, it still says “can’t connect” even though I have great connection. It makes me very upset. To add to the problem: new update - I hate it. Why on earth do I have to see suggested posts in my feed? If I want that, I go to explore. Now I lose my friends’ posts since “I’m all caught up”. Ridiculous! Why do you have to make things that work worse?
