Wouldn’t recommend to anyone
It is impossible to add an extra luggage so at the end you have to pay extra for all the flights and it’s impossible to get some help as well because when calling to the given number a machine is going to answer and can’t help with the personal questions. I think that it’s a really nice idea to use machines to help with the most usual problems but there should also be an option to ask more personal help in case the machine couldn’t answer for the specific question. I also think it’s a really good idea that you can have an app with boarding passes and all the information but if it says that you can add an extra luggage then it should also be possible, it isn’t at the moment but I’m hoping they’re going to fix the problem.

Do not deal with them, worst experience ever!
It is easier to “talk with wall” than get connection with Kiwi. You can send them messages without any response.
They are selling flights which doesn’t exist!
I tried to close my account there after really bad experience with them but they even don’t replay or close it.
If you are ready to lose your money - deal with them!
