Very interesting experience. App is easy to use and user friendly.
Would be very nice if Maxima added separate cashboxes for those who is using this app to avoid staying in common queue. Also would be great to add costumization for sounds (beeps) when skanning products like beeps or only vibration as standard is very loud and I needed to turn off sound on my smartphone.

The second and the last time I use this App

I guess, those companies that want to cut costs using time of their clients to explore the UX and do the QA testing for free should loose their clients. It is what has happened with me.
I doubt that I will ever choose this app and even visit Maxima again. Here is why:
As soon as I scan my first purchase, an ask for a feedback occurs. It was impossible to get rid off it! Okay, I turned to another app and come back. It helped for a while... I would strongly recommend to keep in mind the more I am interacting with the app, the less I buy in the end! The more problems I have at the beginning of usage, the less I want to use this app! These are basics of UX and UI!!!

In the end I turned to my messages and when got back to the app, it was logged out! So I had to scan all my purchases again. 🤷🏻‍♀️ okay, I’ll go to the shop with a better app. Rimi doesn’t treat their customers like testing rats. Thanks god, we have a choice here...

Really useful app

Easy to use and pretty color palettes of the apps. I got some difficulties with first time scanning and some products are not in database but I guess it is not an app’s fault.
Very important app features nowadays as customers don’t need to contact with the same equipment for scanning (as in different supermarkets)
