Description
BTA mobiilirakendus võimaldab klientidel:
- hallata kõiki aktiivseid kindlustuspoliise ühes kohas;
- esitada kahjuavaldusi kiiresti ja mugavalt;
- jälgida esitatud kahjuavalduste menetluse staatust;
- esitada elektroonilist tervisekindlustuskaarti;
- kontrollida oma tervisekindlustuse programmi hüvitispiire;
- teha makseid ja sõlmida uusi kindlustuslepinguid;
- võtta ühendust BTA klienditoega;
- kasutada biomeetrilist autentimist;
- saada teavitusi maksete, kahjuotsuste ja muude oluliste uuenduste kohta.
Esialgne ligipääs rakendusele toimub pangaautentimise kaudu.
Edaspidi saab rakendusse siseneda isikliku PIN-koodi või mobiiliseadme biomeetriliste lahenduste – näiteks sõrmejälje või näotuvastuse – abil.

Not possible to enter PIN
During the first registration is asking for PIN creation - but is not possible - keyboard and buttons are not available, so I cannot enter the app. Pathetic.
