Minu Telia rakendus on kompaktne mobiilne iseteenindus Telia klientidele. Sellega saad hoida mugavalt silma peal oma interneti kasutusel, kõneminutitel ning sõnumitel ja seda nii kodus kui ka reisil.

• Kõik tellitud mobiili- ja kodused teenused ja nende haldamine.
• Jooksvad kulud ja arvete tasumine.
• Ülevaade kasutatud ja alles olevast andmemahust, kõneminutitest ja sõnumitest.
• Uute teenuste tellimine, nt rändlusteenus välismaal.

Rakendusse saad sisse logida kas Mobiil-ID, Smart-ID või pangalingiga.

My Telia is a compact mobile self-service for all Telia clients. Use it to comfortably track your data usage, cost of calls and text messages at home or while travelling.

• Review and edit all ordered mobile and other services.
• View running costs and pay invoices.
• Overview of used and remaining data, number of calls and text messages.
• Order new services, for example roaming-related features while abroad.

Log in to the app with Mobile-ID, Smart-ID or via banklink.

We’re constantly working on developing a better app and for that we appreciate all feedback about any bugs or errors. You can conveniently submit all suggestions and comments via the app itself, the form is under Settings.

Üldiselt ok, sisselogimisprobleemid

Pidevalt peab uuesti sisse logima. Varem sellist probleemi ei olnud.

Why

This kind of beta version of software was possible to publish?
Indetification not working every second time, interface not useful. I will not say about usability..
So many negative feedbacks and developer even not responded to one of them.

I will add additionally. Just came update about fix of identification. Are you really serious? Or it was a joke? Still can’t login. Are you aware what is going on in what you are providing like a update, or it is just for fun?

Broken

The app is just broken. I don’t know where to start.

1. Sometimes you can sign in sometimes not. It’s just not loading up. I have tried to reach the technical support, but no luck.
2. The app navigation bar has been broken for 2 years now. I can see updates to the app, but seems like the don’t care. It’s really hard to use on iPhone X and above.
3. There is not much I can do in the app. Just pay open invoices. Can’t update or edit my service or buy new ones.

Don’t waste your time by downloading the app, just go to the Telia’s website to use the self service.
