My Glucose Tracker is a great app to help keep track of your blood sugar levels, insulin doses, carb intake and exercise. There's also space for storing key notes.
Readings ONLY stored on your phone, so no risk of sensitive medical information being sent across the web. All data is stored locally on your device.
