My Uconnect mobile app and Uconnect Services are available for Jeep vehicles equipped with the new Uconnect Box, currently supported on Jeep Renegade MY20, Jeep Compass MY20, Jeep Renegade 4xe, Jeep Compass 4xe with infotainment system Uconnect™ 7” and 8.4”.

My Assistant
My Assistant is the package of connected services designed to offer you 24/7 assistance with features such as: SOS/Help Call, Roadside Assistance, Customer Care* and Vehicle Health Report.

My Remote
My Remote is the package of connected services designed for remote management of the vehicle, thanks to a wide range of services such as: Remote Operations, At-Home Digital Assistant*, Drive Alerts*, Vehicle Finder and Eco Score*. In addition, E-Control* is available for hybrid vehicles.

My Car
My Car is the package of connected services designed to keep your vehicle's health up to date, thanks to services such as: Vehicle Info and Vehicle Health Alert*.

My Navigation*
My Navigation is the package of connected services designed to take advantage of the most modern satellite navigation services, enhanced by features available thanks to connectivity: Send & Go, POI Search and Last Mile Navigation. Furthermore, for hybrid vehicles, the Charging Station Finder and Dynamic Range Mapping services are provided.

My eCharge
My eCharge is the package that allows you to find, use and pay for recharges at public charging stations, and track your charging history.

My Theft Assistance
My Theft Assistance is the package designed to protect your vehicle, thanks to services such as: Theft Alarm Notification and Stolen Vehicle Assistance.

Activating Uconnect Services is very simple. After purchasing the vehicle, the customer receives an email to complete his/her account registration on the web portal and activate the connected services available for the purchased vehicle. Once the customer completes the account registration and services activation, the system activates all services and sends a confirmation email. Now you can enjoy your Uconnect Services!

The compatibility of the services and the available functions may vary depending on the model of vehicle, the infotainment system installed on board and the country where the vehicle is sold. More information is available on the website dedicated to your vehicle and in your customer area.
