Got charged money for a free trial but was unable to use the app
I activated my trial version but got charged a weekly fee anyways. This wouldn’t be a problem if I could use the app. Despite paying for it, the app froze and sent me back to the payment option trying to charging me once more. This carried multiple times until I gave up. So, I paid and couldn’t use the product I paid for (even thought it was supposed to be a free trial). I emailed the company asking for a refund. Until it is received, I’ll leave it one star as it is unacceptable.
ADS
Great concept but yet too many ADS. Also you should do buying all modes easier, for instance your Picolo which has an option to buy all modes for 10 once and only.
