Ratings and Reviews
GPS not accurate
This app and device definitely need some improvement. Real time tracking is very often inaccurate. My own location is often wrong and I get notifications that my cat has exited virtual fence zone (50 m away from house), but actually cat is sitting next to me and my phone at home. Also not happy about the fact that you can’t choose monthly payment option and have to pay in advance for the whole year.

please note: indoors, GPS signals are blocked by the roof of your home; decreasing GPS accuracy and leading to these 'jumping' GPS positions. While the device may be in perfect working order, use of LIVE Tracking mode indoors will exacerbate the issue. Similarly, if the tracker is outdoors and encounters GPS interference - for example due to trees, clouds, or tall buildings, the same issue can occur temporarily.

Works way better than I thought it would
2 years of two dogs running trough thick forest 40km/h chasing rabbits and deer , 8-16 km every day trough snow, mud, rain.. And still works wonders.
Had to zip tie the trackers to the vests so that dont lose them.
But over all, lot of extreme use and still works nicely.
Not good
The app is way too expensive for the quality and for what it is. I could be standing right next to the cat and not find him with the app because the accuracy is not there, keeps jumping around +- 20 meters in different ways, thats not ok. Also you can not zoom enough on the map. And what is the point of the live function, when i open the app i want it to always be live, why else would i be on the app.
The gps sensor is about the same size as a gps sensor on a 15metre boat but still wildly inaccurate, for a cat I would expect the sensor to be much smaller and more accurate and less expensive, not the other way around.

Hi there! We are sorry to hear that. Please remember that the GPS has an accuracy of ±7,5 meters. This accuracy can also be affected if the tracker is indoors, as the signal will be blocked by the roof. Regarding the zoom, please get in touch with us after having updated the app if you still have this issue. Also, please remember that there are two different intervals when tracking: default and LIVE. If the tracker were constantly on LIVE, the battery would die really quickly.
