- download the app
- find a scooter on Tuul app
- create your account
- unlock the scooter with scanning QR-code
- wear a helmet, because it’s smart to protect yourself
- ride only one person per scooter
- start your ride with a smile
ENJOY THE RIDE
- speed up with throttle on the right
- slow down with brake on the left
- enjoy breezing along and pay attention to nature sounds
- stay on bike lanes or sidewalks
- inform fellow road users when you prepare to manoeuvre
- follow the law
PARK PROPERLY
- on the app you’ll see available zones where to ride and park
- avoid blocking public pathways, driveways and access ramps
- use the kickstand to park a scooter
- don’t forget to finish your ride on the app

Best scooters and service
I really like Tuul scooters. I feel much safer on those and always prefer them over competitor.
Also multi ride is really nice feature to ride together with friends.

Session handling is decidedly slow
Otherwise works fine, but when I close the app, it immediately assumes I’m logged out until it checks some backend to see. This means that I either have to wait some time or wait even longer when I try to “log in” and get the sms for auth.
User experience is lacking in that sense.
Sad experience
Took Tuul for the first time and it showed me that the range was 8km. After riding it in Nõmme tee for 700 meters it stopped and started beeping. Then app told me that I could take it again. Did that but yet after 100 meter the scooter stopped and started beeping like I stole it. Never had an issue with Bolt so I will never use Tuul again since it felt like I was stealing the device and the technology itself I guess is not as great as Bolt has.
