On Vibes you share your current mood and status with your close friends, live on their Lock Screens.

Update your Vibe during your day, and it will instantly show up on your friends' lock screens, giving them a glimpse into what you're feeling, thinking or are up to.

Here's how it works:

1. Add your friends
2. Set your Vibe in the app
3. Watch as your friends' vibe change in real-time over the day and
4. React by tapping on your friend's vibe and picking an emoji or replying to it

Also, you can now add music, photos and check-ins to your vibe that will show up on your friends lock screen too.

Vibes is designed for close friends, so you can keep things private. You can only have a limited number of friends in the app, so you can focus on sharing your mood with the people who matter most.

Very bad

The application is one big bug during registration. At first everything is fine, enter your phone number and SMS code. Then they ask you for your first and last name so that your friends can see who you are. In general, in my opinion, it’s strange that you can’t just put the name, or write the first name and last name separately, but okay. And then it begins, enter your memoji. I already had my memoji pack, so I clicked already. You need to enter a bunch of emotions each time with your memoji. So many unnecessary steps. Why can't you just press one button and select a pack? Okay, I spent a few minutes choosing one sticker at a time. I’m silent that there are bugs and sometimes my memojis actually jumped on the screen. Next, you are shown possible friends, you add them if necessary. They ask for contacts, if you click allow - okay. If you click don't allow, the app doesn't care, you'll be presented with a screen to go to settings and allow access. And when you allow it through the settings, the application will throw you back to entering the name, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO ENTER THESE MEMODIES AGAIN. Okay, I entered all this again and registration already takes me 20 minutes. And then they tell you to send an SMS/imessage to 5 people from your contacts so that they join the application. AND THERE IS NO SKIP IN THIS FUNCTION! Why should I send advertisements to 5 people so that they register, and they, in turn, also send these messages? I understand that developers want advertising, but not in this way. Moreover, in some countries, it seems, SMS is paid. Then it already infuriated me and I deleted the application. I don’t recommend it, if I’m wrong somewhere, correct me.

it is currently the only way for us to get the different memojis but we hope it will improve in ios18! it is enough that one friends joins on your invite
