You’ll be kept in the loop on the status of the delivery in real-time, with a minute-by-minute countdown. If staring at a clock isn’t your thing, don’t worry – we'll also send you notifications so you know when your order is about to arrive.

Simply the best app for deliveries
But one thing could be added. This is a tip for a courier after the delivery, not before. Because I would like to appreciate the work of the courier when my food is warm and appearance the same as in the restaurant.
Once I’ve made a tip before the order and the delivery was longer than expected, the food was cold and sauce leaked through the packaging.
That’s why it would be better to tip a courier after the delivery.
Misleading prices
By default the app shows delivery prices that can only be obtained by purchasing monthly recurring service “wolt+” but regular users actually have to pay additional fees which are not displayed until later. This is classic misleading which is done on purpose to show lower prices than you actually get.
Also the 2km delivery distance is a joke. Other apps offer up to 10-20 km delivery distance.
Also “the courier is finishing previous orders” is a standard now which adds a lot of delivery time and results in cold food and subpar service.
I dont recommend this over competing delivery services and wolt+ subscription definitely is not worth it.
Excellent service
İ kept seeing their couries in Tallinn and decided to try the service myself. Everything went smoothly on my first order and i am pretty sure i will use their services again in the future.
