Good support response
Adding to the fact it’s a very useful app. I had an issue recently, files didn’t work after download. I sent them email. They came back to me. Within few days they release a bug fix update, they informed me with, and problem was solved. During so, they showed good communication and service. Good job
Excellent idea but need minor fixes
The idea of this app is really excellent and thanks a lot for that , and I encourage you to put more and more books , the only thing that I suffer from is when I want to download any book to hear when I am offline, it worked only once and didn't work again.
Worst support service
I have stuck with account activation process after payment without having any proper support for more than 2 days. There is no phone number number to call neither live chat and no SLA to respond to urgent issues. I have tried similar applications such as Storytel and never had such problems.
