Useless app

What’s the purpose of this app? There is no delivery service and it doesn’t even let me choose the donuts type? Did you spend time creating an app so I could reserve a box of donuts without even choosing the types and picking it up myself from the store to “skip the line”? There is no shortage in stores and almost not queues. App deleted.

Absolutely useless app

I can’t create an account i don’t understand even whats the issue like i put all my information and there is no problem with password but like when i tap at sign in it doesn’t do anything i mean did you even spend anytime or effort making this app?!

Weak password bug?

It won’t even let me create an account. Keeps saying "weak password" no matter how many varieties I try. this is unnecessary. just let us choose! I even tried an online password generator for a complex password and that failed too!! please fix this. I'm a loyal customer.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you are facing issues with creating the password. We have released an update yesterday (version 1.9.8) that solved this issue. Please update the app and if you still face any issues then please reach out to care@dunkin.eg for further support.
