The game is very good but the worse thing about the game is the deposit every time i despite money to my account it tells me wait 3h if it doesn’t come back contact the processing and when I do that they respond late I give them every detail’s of my problem they vanesh fix those problems everybody is talking about it

Very bad customer service & no money transferred

I trued to charge my account 6 days ago, i sent many many mails to ur costumer support with all details they needed and from the mail which own the account and everything is well, and they reply every time (please send us the info) then i do again then they dont answer then i sent complain mail then they ask me again for info ….. etc like 3 or 4 times, i tried to call the customer support via international call but they didnt helped me at all, every time i call them they ask me to send a mail and….. etc Now you are like u take the money and dont give it back to the customers !! I need a help as soon as possible and please dont tell me to use customer service cause i already did many times, mails ( the same rely ) , online cals and not working and international call and they dont help at all even their accent not clear at all, and if u asked someone to be clear more cause u dont understand they do nothing! We need our money that we didn’t use even

the app is good, however the customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered, we don’t care about the publicity you’re making, the whole world knows you are a bookmaker, so start focusing on quality instead of quantity, for now I’m going to bet365 or any other app but 1xbet, until it’s fixed, I won’t be playing in it, like I’m not waiting 3 days to receive my money, or a whole week sometimes more to receive a withdrawal, it’s easy to make a deposit, but you make us go through hell and back to get receive a withdrawal, which could take a lifetime.
