Our formula for success is a clever mix of people, technology, and behavioural science, all working together to help you prepare and recover better. It’s about making small changes each day - with a health coach by your side to support you and keep you accountable.
Of course, your plan will be based on your own unique needs and habits - because, with health and lifestyle, one size really does not fit all. We will be on hand throughout to offer all the guidance, motivation and information you need, when you need it.
What’s New
Version 4.2.0
This release contains an improved login experience for returning users - if you accidentally follow the sign-up flow when using the app as a returning user, you will instead be redirected to the login screen where you easily sign in.
Users can now experience the app in ‘dark mode’ if their phone’s operating system is set to use the dark theme.
The app has also had various user interface and layout improvements to improve the overall app experience for users across a variety of handsets and text sizes.
Please send us your feedback or suggestions via the Feedback tab in the ‘More’ section of the app. All feedback is actively monitored and considered when planning the next release.
