ASOS - Discover Fashion Online 4+

I placed a large order and paid for next day delivery. The order never arrived and when I contacted them they said it wasn’t processed due to a system glitch. I was never notified of anything until I contacted them. Now I am struggling to get my money back and they are claiming it’s due to a bank problem, providing that I contacted my bank and they never blocked any transactions.
Worst shopping application.

A loyal customer, never purchased cosmetics online . Sometimes clothes in my shopping bag are removed as “ can’t ship to my location “- Egypt . Made a cosmetics order . Liquids were removed and only the lipsticks were approved for check out and that they would be delivered in days. Now DHL the courrier ASOS have chosen asking me to pay besides the customs and taxes and their expensive charges . Thousands of pounds for issuing trading commercial license and for testing the lipsticks in a lab! If such items were prohibited why did they accept courrier it abd why ASOS selling it to customers in Egypt while they can’t deliver it ! Customer rep is the worst ! Asking me to travel to cargo village to contest and discuss commercial law ! They won’t accept recalling the package ! Asking me to pay 500 GBP! As to receive damaged goods from lab testing and get a refused refund from ASOS ! I said that I would cancel my ASOS account and warn all my network on fb 3,500 friends . They repeated good luck with customs !

I’ve been placing orders to asos however i never received any of them , i keep following up with aramex however it ends up with wasting two months and then getting a refund with no clear reason why this is regularly happening or why the shipment has gone missing !!!!!
