Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. • BARREL ROTATION (APPLE PENCIL PRO): Apple Pencil Pro now has a gyroscope which allows you to rotate the Pencil for precise control of pen and brush tools. As you turn and twirl your Apple Pencil Pro while drawing in Astropad Studio, the brush you’re using also turns. Note that barrel rotation needs to be activated for most brush sets.

• SQUEEZE GESTURE (APPLE PENCIL PRO): With the new Apple Pencil Pro, you can squeeze the sides of the Pencil together to activate shortcuts. This gesture can be customized in Studio’s Shortcuts panel to quickly switch between your most-used tools while drawing in desktop creative programs.

• ADAPTIVE IMAGE RENDERING: LIQUID is our proprietary video compression engine that powers Astropad Studio. With this update, LIQUID now renders images using Adaptive Image Rendering — an advanced algorithm that balances fast and high-quality video compression. You’ll notice 53% clearer image quality during high-motion content.

• CURATED SHORTCUT PRESETS: The Studio sidebar now has shortcut presets that are curated for an expanded list of apps. When you launch these apps with Astropad Studio, the sidebar will display shortcuts that are specific to the functions of each these apps: Krita, Inkscape, Medibang Paint, TV Paint, Plasticity 3D, ArtRage, Aseprite, Leonardo, Photoshop (updated for 2024)

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR APP:

1. Update your Studio desktop app: Open the Astropad Studio desktop app (on your Mac or PC). You will automatically be prompted to update to the latest version. If the desktop app doesn’t automatically update, you can download the latest version at https://astropad.com/app-downloads/studio-download/.
2. Update your Studio iPad app: Visit the iOS App Store to update your iPad app.

Great but ?

Every thing is working perfectly but it do not allow me to connect the my USB , which I think will be much more faster , any help please ? Thanks

Doesn’t meet your expectations

This is a normal mirroring app with some sensitivity features that’s all and it’s even a bad mirroring app cause it doesn’t detect the resolution of the iPad pro, it doesn’t give a sharp and crisp mirror of your Mac display on the iPad pro you will find pixels on the mirrored picture and you will have to zoom into your screen to get a full screen picture(imagine the resolution after zooming in).
You will find it lag when zoom in and out when using an app and you will find it horrible if you think to use it over wifi I’ve removed it before the end of the trial days it doesn’t worth this money at all.
And for the developers I wanna say that I am as an artist will care more for the picture quality, resolution and how fast is the app works with Gestures than the shortcuts options and buttons every where.

iPad pencil is not working properly

For some reason when I am using brushes on photoshop my Apple Pencil is not responding at all.
